Accessing and Managing Work Requests
The My Work view provides an overview of your work requests as well as tools for managing work requests. The My Work view appears when you click the My Work folder in the Folder List or the My Work shortcut on the Workflow Manager Shortcut Bar.
With the My Work folder open, you can perform the following kinds of work request management tasks:
- View a list of your current work requests and their related designs
- Create work requests
- Retrieve work requests generated by an external work management system.
- Edit work requests
- Attach or associate designs to work requests
- Detach or disassociate designs from work requests
- Change the state of work requests
- Cancel or delete work requests
- Submit work requests to an external work management system for cost estimates, approval, and other types of processing
- Close out work requests
